Happiness

Once there was a boy that loved to invent stories and other nonsense. While the other kids were playing throughout the garden he was sitting on a little bench with a smile on his face looking afar and inventing heros and dragons and thousand of other things. And he was happy.

But then people came and told him that he couldn‘t be happy just by imagining nonsense but that he had to search for happiness in the real world.
So the boy stopped to imagine his elfes dwarfes and spirits and went out to search happiness in the real world.

One day he met a hard working smith and asked him how he could find happiness.
The smith answered that the only happiness he knew would lie in his work.
So the boy began to work as a smith day after day.
But he didn‘t feel any happiness and someday he continued his journey.

One day he met a rich merchant and asked him how he could find happiness.
The merchant answerd the only happiness he knew would lie in his riches.
So the boy began to work as merchant and earned quite a bit of money.
But he didn‘t feel any happiness and someday he continued his journey.

Time had gone by and the boy had grown up to a good man.
But he still was searching for happiness.

One day he met an adventurer and asked him how he could find happiness.
The adventurer said the only happiness he knew would lie in outstanding things he had archived.
So the man began to train and climbed to the top of the highest mountain there was.
But he didn‘t feel any happiness and someday he continued his journey.

One day he met a sailor man and asked him how he could find happiness.
The sailor man said the only happiness he knew would lie in the arms of the women.
So the man found a nice girl went out with her and got engaged.
But he didn‘t feel any happiness and someday he continued his journey.

Time had gone buy and the man had grown old to a crooked old man.
But he still was searching for happiness.

One day the old man met a drinking man and asked him how he could find happiness.
The drinking man said the only happiness he knew would lie in alcohol.
So the old man began to drink every night until he fell asleep.
But he didn‘t feel any happiness and someday he continued his journey.

One day the old man met a ill beggar and asked him how he could find happiness.
The ill beggar said the only happiness he knew would lie in death.
So the old man died.
